 Our Project Planning service offers end-to-end project oversight, acting as a single point of contact for the developer and providing advisory support to all consultants. This includes an initial development strategy meeting, consultant engagement and briefing, review of key reports, regular updates and expectation management, as well as optional budget and fee tracking.
